Pod Cast: Little Red Fish and other stories.

I was invited to do this podcast with Making Comics were I chat about a few things. You can check it out here.

After hearing it again, there are a few things I stated that are incorrect. My apologies for that. I made a mistake on the city my friend Cody Miles lives in and I use the incorrect gender pronoun for Nong Toom a couple times.

The LIttle Red Fish is out!

My Little Red Fish comic is out digitally for now. It will be available in print October 11th! You can see a sneak preview here: LittleRedFishComic.com as well as purchase a digital copy here. 

I have a Little Red Fish art opening of original art, prints, and banners Oct 3rd. I will be tabling the event with all kinds of goodies including copies of Autumn Haynes amazing pinup illustration that you see above.

The exhibition will coincide with the Carnival of Five Fires.  The organizers of the event have done a great job, so now you have two reasons to go to Gallery5 (200 W Marshal St Richmond, VA 23220). The show starts at 7 and is bumping until Midnight.

The following day I will be at the Richmond Zine Fest with prints, skateboards, comics and more. The zine fest will be held October 4th, 11AM-5PM at Gay Community Center of Richmond (1407 Sherwood Ave, Richmond, Virginia 23220).

The Little Red Fish printed comic will be available October 11th, 11AM-5PM, at Sink/Swim's RVA's Comic Creator Expo! Also held at Gallery5. The expo will have a large list of talent tabling: prints, comics, crafts, art, and more.

NEW WORK: Kitty Meow Meow Comic

Came up with the idea for my daughter to write a comic that I would illustrate/print for her guests. Hope you like it. It was a blast to make!

PS Going to probably do stickers and cards or something too.

Magic Bullet Comic

My Magic Bullet Comic. It is now out in DC and surrounding areas. I decided to play around with telling the story through following an inanimate object that was static while the background around it shifted to imply time. It was a fun ride.

There are several amazing comics by very talented folks in this issue. I highly recommend picking up a free copy.

New Work: Fundraiser Poster

Finished this poster for a fundraiser to aid illustrator/cartoonist, Kerry Talbott's family. There is a huge list of well known concept artists, comic artists and illustrators contributing to this exhibit. Many of these artists were friends, students, or colleagues of Mr. Talbott. It's looking like an amazing show and is for a great cause.

Power Play pin-up for fun.

Power Play pin-up playing around with Reilly Brown and Kurt Christenson’s comic. It’s a brilliant comic. “Underground superpowered street games spanning all across the five boroughs of New York.”

If I had super powers when I was a teen, I would have totally showed off in a series of competitions before saving people.
